Preheat oven to 220°C/200°C fan-forced. Thinly slice smoked Cheddar cheese and tomato. Cut croissants in half horizontally.
Divide cheese and tomato between croissant bases. Top with croissant tops and place on a oven tray. Bake until cheese is melted, 5-8 minutes.
Divide croissants between plates.
