• Toast sliced sourdough in the toaster.
• Meanwhile, slice avocado in half, scoop out flesh and thinly slice. • Slice lemon (see ingredients) into wedges.
• Spread each toast with ricotta (see ingredients). • Top with avocado, sesame seeds and chilli flakes (if using). Season with salt and pepper. • Squeeze over lemon juice. Enjoy!
