• Preheat oven to 220°C/200°C fan-forced. Thinly slice tomato. Spread flatbreads evenly with passata and top with tomato. Sprinkle with shredded Cheddar cheese and diced bacon (breaking up bacon with your hands).
• Place flatbread pizzas directly on a wire rack in the oven and bake until cheese is melted and golden, 12-15 minutes (use two wire racks if your pizzas don’t fit). TIP: Placing the pizzas directly onto the wire racks helps the base to crisp up.
• Slice pizzas and serve.
