snacking tomatoes

baby spinach leaves

Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
1 packet
Parmesan cheese
(Contains Milk;)
• Roughly chop flaked almonds.
• Halve snacking tomatoes.
• In a medium bowl, combine baby spinach leaves, tomatoes, balsamic vinaigrette dressing, half the Parmesan cheese and a pinch of salt and pepper.
TIP: Combine the salad in a serving dish to save on washing up!
• Transfer salad to a serving dish. Top with almonds and remaining Parmesan to serve. Enjoy!
