In a bowl, combine spice blend and chicken with a drizzle of olive oil. Heat oil in a frying pan over high heat. Cook chicken and bacon, turning, until cooked through, 6-8 mins.

Chop lettuce and halve tomatoes and add to a bowl with the dressing. Toss to combine and season. Slice the chicken.

Microwave tortillas for 10 second bursts, until warmed through. Fill tortillas with salad, chicken and bacon. Sprinkle with Parmesan to serve.
