• Preheat oven to 220°C/200°C fan-forced. Cut croissants in half horizontally.

• Spread croissant bases with Dijon mustard, then layer with Cheddar cheese and prosciutto. • Top with croissant tops and place on an oven tray. Bake until cheese is melted, 5-8 mins.
