pineapple slices
1 packet
Toasted Tropical Muesli
(Contains Gluten, Tree Nuts, Sulphites; May be present: Milk, Peanut, Sesame, Soy. )
1 bottle
unsweetened almond milk
(Contains Almond; May be present: Gluten, Soy, Hazelnut. )
Drain pineapple slices.
Heat a large frying pan over high heat. Cook pineapple slices until lightly charred, 2-3 minutes each side. Roughly chop.
In a serving bowl, add a layer of toasted tropical muesli (store any leftover muesli in an airtight container). Top with some unsweetened almond milk and charred pineapple.
FRESH TIP: Heat a frying pan over medium-high heat. Toast some shredded coconut until golden, 2-3 minutes and sprinkle over!
