My first box order cut-off (New customers only)
As a new customer, you can choose from delivery windows 7 days a week* with a quick turnaround between placing your order and receiving your first box of delicious recipes!
You can find the order cut-off for your first delivery in the ‘My Deliveries’ section of your account.
Please note, following the delivery of your first box, your weekly order cut-off will follow the schedule detailed HERE.
*Not all delivery days are available in every postcode. Extended cut-off times are not guaranteed and are offered at the sole discretion of HelloFresh.

Tips for unpacking your first box
- Make sure you unpack the cool pouch in your box. This holds all the refrigerated ingredients for your recipes; such as meat, fish and dairy.
- Store the brown paper meal kit bags in your fridge. We recommend that you don’t unpack each ingredient from the meal-kit bags until you’re ready to cook - they keep things organised and ready to grab!
- Pop your recipe cards somewhere handy! Once you’ve chosen a recipe to cook, simply match the colour-coded dot on the top right of the recipe card to the corresponding meal-kit bag.
Will I need any extra ingredients?
There are just a few basic pantry staples you’ll need to keep handy in your kitchen like salt, pepper, oil, vinegar and plain flour. If you're ever unsure of what pantry items you will need for your recipes, just log in to your account and click on your menu to see your upcoming recipes in advance.
When do I need to choose my next meals for the week and when will I be charged?
Remember to choose your recipes each week before your weekly order cut-off. This varies according to which state you are in and which delivery window you choose. You can find the order cut-off for all your upcoming deliveries in the ‘My Deliveries’ section of your account. Payments are taken the day following your weekly order cut-off, for all states.
