As much as we enjoy seafood, the magic really is in how we cook it and what spices we include to give it an extra boost of flavour. Spices that will enhance the flavour of your favourite seafood include:
Ginger - aromatic and zesty ginger will add Asian fusion to your seafood dish
Paprika - the smokiness of the paprika will add depth to your seafood dishes that cannot be emulated
Garlic - unsuspecting, being such a strong flavour, but garlic can add a delicate punch that compliments seafood
Parsley - If you favour more classic pairings then parsley is for you, a herb that really lets the seafood be the star
