Instructions

1
1

• Preheat oven to 240°C/220°C fan-forced. Cut potato into 0.5cm-thick rounds. • Place potato on a lined oven tray. Drizzle with olive oil, season with pepper and toss to coat. • Bake until tender, 20-25 minutes.

TIP: If your oven tray is crowded, divide between two trays.

2
2

• Meanwhile, slice tomato into thin rounds. • Place your hand flat on top of each chicken breast and slice through horizontally to make two thin steaks. • In a medium bowl, combine chermoula spice blend and a drizzle of olive oil. Add chicken, turning to coat.

3
3

• When fries have 10 minutes remaining, in a large frying pan, heat a drizzle of olive oil over medium-high heat. • Cook chicken steaks until cooked through, 3-6 minutes each side (cook in batches if your pan is getting crowded). • Remove from heat and add the honey, turning to coat.

TIP: The chicken is cooked when it is no longer pink inside.

4
4

• While chicken is cooking, halve bake-at-home burger buns and bake directly on a wire oven rack until heated through, 2-3 minutes.

5
5

• In a second medium bowl, combine mixed salad leaves, a drizzle of the vinegar and olive oil. Season.

6
6

• To the tray with potato rounds, sprinkle with everything garnish, tossing to coat. • Spread burger bun bases with garlic sauce. • Top with chicken, tomato rounds and salad leaves. • Serve with seeded potato rounds. Enjoy!
