Steam: Heat a steamer with oil. Place gyozas in the steamer and cook over boiling water, 7-8 minutes.
Pan Fry: Heat a deep medium frying pan with oil. Pan fry flat side of gyozas until golden brown. Add water into the pan, about 1.5 cm deep. Cover pan with lid until water has dried out.
