20 g

• To a medium saucepan, add the water and a pinch of salt and bring to the boil. • Add basmati rice, stir, cover with a lid and reduce heat to low. • Cook for 10 minutes, then remove pan from heat and keep covered until rice is tender and water is absorbed, 10 minutes.
TIP: The rice will finish cooking in its own steam, so don't peek!
• Meanwhile, trim and halve green beans. Thinly slice spring onion. Finely chop garlic. • In a large frying pan, heat a drizzle of olive oil over high heat. Cook broccoli & carrot mix and green beans, tossing, until softened, 5-6 minutes. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, 1 minute. Transfer to serving bowls, season and cover to keep warm.
TIP: Add a dash of water to the pan to help speed up the cooking process.
• When rice has 5 minutes remaining, in a medium bowl, combine sweet soy seasoning, beef strips and a drizzle of olive oil. • Return frying pan to high heat with a drizzle of olive oil. When oil is hot, cook beef strips, tossing, in batches, until browned and cooked through, 1-2 minutes. • Reduce heat to medium. Return all beef to pan and stir in sweet chilli sauce and soy sauce mix, until coated.
TIP: Cooking the meat in batches over high heat helps it stay tender.
• Stir the butter through rice. • Divide rice between bowls with garlic veggies. • Top rice with sizzling sweet chilli beef. • Sprinkle with spring onion to serve. Enjoy!
