• Thinly slice cucumber into sticks. • Cut tomato into thin wedges. • In a small bowl, combine half the harissa paste and mayonnaise. Set aside.

ADAPT FOR KIDS: Keep it mild! Reserve half the mayo for the kid's portion.

• In a medium bowl, combine beef rump and paprika spice blend. Turn beef to coat. • When oil is hot, cook beef, turning regularly, for 4-6 mins or until cooked to your liking (this will give you a medium steak). • Remove from heat and stir in the honey. Transfer to a plate

• In a large bowl, combine mixed salad leaves, tomato, cucumber and balsamic vinaigrette dressing. Season to taste. • Microwave mini flourtortillas on a plate in 10 second bursts until warmed through.

• Slice beef. • Plate up the kid's portion by spreading tortillas with the reserved mayo, then topping with some salad and Middle Eastern beef. • Plate up the adult's portion by spreading tortillas with harissa mayo, then top with the remaining salad and Middle Eastern beef. • Garnish with flaked almonds to serve.
