olive oil
• Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat • In a bowl, combine chicken and spice blend with a drizzle of olive oil • Cook chicken and bacon, tossing until browned, 6-8 mins
• Prick a few holes in sweet potato container. Microwave until hot and steaming, 3 mins • Meanwhile, roughly chop cucumber and tomato
• In a bowl, combine cucumber, tomato, salad leaves, sweet potato and mustard cider dressing. Season • Plate up sweet potato salad. Top with chicken and bacon. Drizzle over aioli
