What is the HelloFresh Christmas Box?
The HelloFresh Christmas Box is a special one-off delivery we have created for the Christmas season. It contains everything you need to prepare an amazing three-course Christmas feast to share with family or friends, including easy, step-by-step recipes and a handing prep and timing guide. You can see all the recipes that come in the box here.
How do I purchase the Christmas Box and when is the latest I can order?
You can select the Christmas Box that suits you here. Simply add it to your cart and check out. You can place your order until 11:59pm Tuesday 10th December 2024 AEDT (or whilst stock lasts).
Do I need to have a HelloFresh subscription to get a Christmas Box?
Nope! The HelloFresh Christmas Box is a one-off order and delivery - no strings attached! When purchasing this product you will not be signed up to any subscription.
Is the Christmas Box included in my HelloFresh subscription?
The Christmas Box is not included as part of your HelloFresh subscription. It is only available to order separately from your weekly order as a one off purchase.
If you're an existing customer, you can either choose to receive your regular subscription box on Christmas week or skip this week by managing your account online or from the HelloFresh app.

When will my Christmas Box be delivered?
Your Christmas Box will be delivered on Monday 23rd December. We will send you an SMS the day prior to your scheduled delivery to let you know your 1 hour ETA delivery window. If you're already a HelloFresh customer, please note that your Christmas Box is separate to your weekly subscription and the delivery may differ from your usual weekly delivery time.
What if I'm not home to accept the delivery of my Christmas Box?
No problem! Our couriers will leave it in the safe place. Once delivered by our refrigerated vans, the ingredients will stay cool for up to 8 hours thanks to the ice packs which keep the temperature-sensitive items chilled.
Does my delivery address have to be my home address?
Nope! If you’re heading away for Christmas, you can provide your holiday home as your delivery address. Just make sure it’s in our delivery areas and that the delivery date (23rd December) is within your stay.
What happens if I need to change my delivery address after purchasing the Christmas Box?
If you need to make changes to your delivery address after placing your order, please contact our Customer Care team for support here.
Can I cancel my Christmas Box delivery?
To ensure we deliver all Christmas boxes perfectly over the holiday season, all orders for Christmas boxes are final and cannot be cancelled or refunded. Once an order is placed, we confirm your order with our farmers and suppliers to make sure you have the perfect Christmas feast.

Are the Christmas recipes really that easy to follow?
Yes! Our simple Christmas recipes, plus the handy preparation and timing guide, make cooking your festive feast an easy, fool-proof process.
Do I need to have any ingredients at home to cook my Christmas recipes?
You'll need some basic pantry items - like olive oil, butter, salt & pepper, balsamic vinegar, white wine vinegar and eggs.
How long will it take me to cook the Christmas feast?
All of our recipes are designed to be easy-to-follow and achievable whether you're cooking solo or with help. For the Christmas feast, we estimate 3 and a half hours prep time the day before and an extra 3-4 hours on Christmas day with one person cooking. If you've got helpers, the time can be almost halved!

Will there be enough food to feed my family and friends?
The HelloFresh Christmas box comes in 2 sizes: Regular for 4-6 people or Large for 8-10 people. There is also an option to include our Festive Cheese Platter. There will be plenty of food for your guests to feel happily satisfied!
What's in the HelloFresh Festive Cheese Platter?
Add our Festive Cheese Platter to your Christmas delivery for an extra special touch, to either start or finish your meal off spectacularly! We've carefully selected a delicious variety of cheeses, crackers, olives & condiments for your family and guests to enjoy.
Can we download the recipe cards or view the recipes before ordering a box?
While our recipe cards are not available to download prior to delivery, everything you need will be delivered to your door!
