red onion

dried oregano

kalamata olives

mixed salad leaves

Fetta Cubes
(Contains Milk;)

red wine vinegar (or white wine vinegar)
• Halve cherry tomatoes. Thinly slice cucumber into half-moons. • Thinly slice red onion (see ingredients).
TIP: Omit the onion if you don't like it raw!
• In a large bowl, combine the red wine vinegar, dried oregano (see ingredients), a drizzle of olive oil and a pinch of salt and pepper.
• Add cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, kalamata olives and mixed salad leaves to the dressing. • Toss to combine.
• Transfer Greek-style salad to a serving dish. • Top with crumbled fetta cubes to serve. Enjoy!
